Uviclad: UV curable electropaint process

Uviclad products are a range of electrophoretic UV (ultra violet) cured decorative and protective coatings which are formulated for use on:-


♦ Metalised or plated plastics
♦ Conductive carbon filled plastics
♦ Carbon fibre
♦ Heavy castings
♦ Other temperature sensitive surfaces where conventional oven curing is not acceptable

Systems are available sensitive to both conventional mercury vapour and LED UV sources.

A wide range of finishes is available, including opaque paint effects.

Very low process energy consumption when LED UV systems are used.
