High Performance Anodic Electrocoat Process from LVH Coatings.
Capability: Based on an anodic resin system unique to LVH Coatings, LECTRASEAL provides these properties:
■ Tough, chemical and abrasion resistant polymer system. ■ Low temperature curing - polymerisation starts at 120C (248F). ■ Highly resistant to weathering/UV light. ■ High pigment holding capacity - very suitable as a vehicle for LECTRAPEARL, ZETACLAD and TEKTOR. ■ Corrosion resistance for selected metals without any separate anti-corrosion treatment.
The anodizing effect of applying LECTRASEAL automatically provides high levels of corrosion resistance to these metals:
■ Aluminium ■ Zinc/ZAMAK ■ Magnesium
Specifically for aluminium, pre-anodizing without sealing and then applying LECTRASEAL provides exceptional resistance to corrosion - especially filiform.
